〜創作の原点〜
昔、私との結婚を目前にしていた女性が、職場の人間関係により心を病み、自らこの世を去りました。
私は彼女を救えなかったという思いを、今も本質的に抱えています。
この喪失体験は、私の作品、そして生き方に静かに影を落としています。
「闇こそ美しい」という着眼の根源には、この出来事があります。
私は、被写体に「ただそこに在る美しさ」を見出したいと願っています。
寂しさや欠けを抱えながらも、それでもなお光を宿すような存在。
それは、かつて救えなかった彼女の面影を追っているのかもしれません。

The Origin of My Art
Long ago, I was engaged to a woman who became mentally distressed due to her workplace environment and eventually took her own life.
The fact that I couldn’t save her is something I continue to carry deep within me.
This loss quietly casts a shadow over my life and work.
It is the root of my belief that “there is beauty in darkness.”
Through my photography, I try to capture the quiet beauty that simply exists—
beings who, even with sorrow or emptiness, still carry light within them.
Perhaps, I am still chasing her reflection—
the one I failed to protect.
